Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Once we receive your email request, we will reply to confirm that your membership has been canceled. 

• To cancel your membership, please send an email to carrie@notaryreviews.us with the subject line: CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
• In the body of the email, include a brief reason for your cancellation for example, “I no longer conduct notary closings”, “I accepted a new job” or "I'm retired".

Once your membership has been CANCELLED, your Member account and access to our Members Only platform, forum, and other online services, will no longer be available to you. 

Once an applicant has received an approval email and paid the membership fee, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, even if the member later chooses to cancel.

If an applicant is not approved but submitted payment in advance, a full refund will be issued the same day whenever possible, or within up to 3-5 business days depending on the timing of payment and processing.
