Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Once we receive your email request, we will reply to confirm that your membership has been canceled. 

• To cancel your membership, please send an email to carrie@notaryreviews.us with the subject line: CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
• In the body of the email, include a brief reason for your cancellation for example, “I no longer conduct notary closings”, “I accepted a new job” or "I'm retired".

Once your membership has been CANCELLED, your Member account and access to our Members Only platform, forum, and other online services, will no longer be available to you. 

Once a member has been issued an APPROVED email and has paid their membership fee, no refunds will be issued, even if they decide to cancel membership after getting approved.

If a member has been sent a DENIED email but pre-paid the membership fee, that fee will be refunded.
