Step 1: Read Our Membership Requirements

Applicants must be actively working Notary Signing Agents with a minimum of six (6) months of real notary signing experience.

If you have not yet conducted any notary-assisted loan closings, please note that some of the information and discussions within this platform may be difficult to understand without practical field experience.

For those new to the industry, we recommend obtaining professional NSA training before applying for membership. 

To verify your identity, you must upload documentation that confirms the information provided in your application.

Before uploading, please redact (black out) any unnecessary information on your government-issued identification card. 

Only the following details should remain visible:

• Photo
• Full Name 
• Address 
• Date of Birth 
• Issue Date
• Expiration Date
   

All other information must be redacted before uploading.

This step helps us verify applicants and maintain the integrity and security of our member community. 

We are currently working on implementing a simpler verification process, but this verification method is required at this time.

Applicants must have an active and verifiable online social media presence through at least one of the following:

• A fully published Notary Loan Signing Agent business website 
• A verifiable NSA profile on a recognized notary directory such as SigningAgent, NotaryCafe, or FindANotary 
• An accurate and up-to-date LinkedIn business profile
   

This requirement helps us confirm professional activity and maintain the credibility of our member community.

All NSA applicants are carefully vetted, and we conduct our own background screenings as part of the membership review process.

Please do not email or submit your criminal background reports. These documents are not required and will not be accepted. We conduct our own background screenings as each NSA applicant is carefully vetted.
