MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Experience
- Member applicant must be an actively working notary loan signing agent with at least six (6) months real working experience. If you have not conducted any notary assisted closings, understand the information provided herein may be royally confusing. We do suggest you seek NSA training. Click on link for our recommendations.
Member Indentification
- To verify your identity, you must upload proof that confirms the information posted on your application.
- Before uploading, kindly redact copy of your government issued identifcation card: Please black all information except: name, address, dob, issue/exp. (We are actively working on a simpler verification process, but this is required verification purposes for now.)
- ONLY SHOW YOUR: PICTURE, FULL NAME, ADDRESS, DOB, ISSUE/EXP DATE. REDACT EVERYTHING ELSE.
Background Report
- We conduct our own background screenings as each NSA applicant is carefully vetted.
- DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CRMINAL BACKGROUND REPORTS.
Social Media Presence
Applicant must have an active social media presence on at least one of the following:
- A fully published notary loan signing agent business website. (NEW NSA Websites Coming Soon)
- A verifiable online NSA profile, on any notary directory, such as: SigningAgent, NotaryCafe or FindANotary
- An accurate online business profile on LinkedIn.

Processing times may take up to 1-3 days as each NSA member application is properly vetted.

- After completing the MEMBER APPLICATION above, click the link below to remit your Annual Membership Fee of $25.00.
- If applicant meets all of our requirements, after careful review and vetting, the applicant will be sent an APPROVAL EMAIL along with onboarding instructions.
- Fees are refunded IF an applicant does not meet our Membership Requirements.
- Once a member has been APPROVED, there are no refunds issued.
