Membership Requirements

• Applicant must be an actively working Notary Signing Agent with at least 1 month of actual closing experience.

• Applicant must have a current background report. On your Membership Application, please provide your online url link so we can verify your background report. 

• If you need one, we recommend Notary Public Background Check Certification a women owned company.

• DO NOT EMAIL ANY BACKGROUND REPORTS. 

Applicant must have at least one of the following:

• A fully published business website.
• A fully published NSA business directory such as SigningAgent.com or NotaryCafe.com
• A fully published and accurate social media profile with member picture i.e. LinkedIn.

• Applicant must upload a clear color redacted copy of current driver's license showing only: photo, name, address, issue & expiration dates.

• Applicant must upload a valid notarial commission certificate or notary public card for the state they primarily work in.
