So Who Are We?
- Notary Reviews was specifically created to defend Notary Signing Agents (NSA) against a couple of signing service owners who created two separate, now defunct websites, and posted fake NSA reviews. The owner of this website being one of the victimized.
- Although Notary Reviews purpose has changed over the years, our main goal remains the same, which is to provide the NSA community with online real working NSA resources which can help improve NSA businesses and financial goals.
- Notary Reviews provides simple time proven methods for seeking direct work and getting paid ones worth. We also advocate for NSA's to lessen their dependency on signing service owned platforms such as SnapDocs, Notary Stars, Signing Order, ZigSig, and the like, because there is no real benefit for the NSA.
Notary Signing Agents Only Membership
- Our membership is made up of notaries public who come from all walks of life including, CEO's, CFO's, attorneys, doctors, pilots, teachers, professors, chefs, paralegals, secretaries, construction workers, tradesman, clerks, and entrepreneurs.
- Notary Reviews provides its members with a professional online environment specifically designed for NSA's, where we can discuss real working issues, conduct research and ask questions without being ridiculed, embarrassed or blackballed.
- Notary Reviews is always seeking new and innovative marketing techniques and strategies which are shared here in our Member Discussion or in our Facebook group, to ensure that our members get the information needed to stay ahead of current market trends that affect this respectable vocation.

- Notary Reviews has created the largest online hiring company database aka the Reviews & Ratings Directory (RDD) which currently contains over 1,000+ companies who hire notary signing agents and then Reviewed and Rated by members.
- Notary Reviews has its own private group on Facebook specifically created for our members. Therein contains a wealth of informative and useful information from NSA veterans and newbie experiences in the field.
- Notary Reviews is incorporated as Notary Reviews GBU LLC, registered in the State of Illinois.
