Course Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund under our notary course policy, please ensure that your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase. Additionally, a certificate of completion must not have been issued, and the request must come from the original purchaser. Proof of payment by the original purchaser is required, and the training must have been purchased directly through our courses listed on TrainerCentral™ to be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee notary.

Refunds will not be issued under our notary course policy if: the refund request is made after the 7-day period has expired, a certificate of completion has already been issued, the training was purchased by or transferred to another person in violation of the course terms, the product or service is identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase, or if there is suspicion of abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the refund policy. Please note that our satisfaction guarantee notary program is designed to ensure you receive the best training experience possible.

Once a participant has completed the certification requirements for the notary course policy and a certificate has been issued, the certification is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, in line with our notary training refund guidelines. Please note that we offer a satisfaction guarantee notary, but this applies prior to the issuance of the certificate.

To request a refund under our notary course policy, please contact Notary Reviews™ within the 7-day eligibility period and include: your full name, the email address used at checkout, date of purchase, a copy of the receipt, and the name of the training course or program purchased. For those eligible for a notary training refund, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible, in line with our satisfaction guarantee notary.

This 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to eligible training programs sold directly by Notary Reviews™ via TrainerCentral, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. This notary course policy ensures that you can confidently enroll in our notary training programs. Notary Reviews™ reserves the right to update or modify this notary training refund policy at any time; however, any changes will not affect purchases made during an active refund eligibility period.
